Our mobile catering facility is a
state-of-the-art fully-equipped commercial 22’ mobile kitchen complete with
stand-alone power generator, A/C, hooded stoves, 3 compartment sink,
refrigerators, and plating/prep counters.
With this we are able to provide the freshest
food possible, cooked on site, just before you dine. We can provide hot food
for over 300 guests. Our talented mobile team can prepare elaborate
buffets, plated multiple course banquets, and lavish family style feasts.
Our Hors D’oeuvres can turn your cocktail hour
into the talk of the town. Meals finished with our house-made gourmet
desserts will always be remembered.
